Terms and Conditions

These terms cover the image-r website at https://image-r.in and the paid plans for laser image preparation. Creating an account or paying for a plan means you agree to them.

The service. image-r turns a photo into a laser-ready file in your browser. Guests can preview. A paid plan allows downloads, within that plan's daily limit. The photo is processed on your computer.

Accounts. You must give a real name, email, and mobile number. You are responsible for activity under your password. We may suspend an account that abuses the service or shares a login.

Plans and payment. Prices are shown on the pricing page. Starter is a month with a daily download limit. Studio, Workshop, and Shop cover a longer period and do not cap daily downloads. Razorpay collects the payment in the checkout currency. The plan starts only after Razorpay confirms the payment. A super admin may also assign a plan from the dashboard. The renewal date is shown on your account page. This checkout charges the period you select. It does not store a card for a silent renewal. You pay again when you want the next period.

Your files. You keep the rights to the photos you prepare. You receive a file you can import into your laser software. You may not resell access to image-r or copy the site.

Acceptable use. Do not submit unlawful images, try to break the service, or open another customer's account.

Availability. The tools run in the browser and depend on your device. We may change tools, plans, or prices. A price change does not alter a period you have already paid for.

Liability. image-r prepares an image. It does not set the laser's speed or power. Test on scrap before a finished piece. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for wasted material, lost profits, or indirect damage. Our total liability for a paid period is limited to the amount you paid for that period.
